GENERAL INFORMATION

> Payment is due in full at the end of each day's studio session.

> Hourly rates will be billed by the 1/4 hour.

> There is a one hour minimum charge for all projects.

> No recorded material may be removed from Windmill Records until full payment has been recieved.

> The client will be charged for one hour at the current hourly rate, if a scheduled session is canceled 

with less than 24 hour notice.

> If you are planning to have an outside producer work with you on your project, Windmill Records highly 

recommends that the producer is present during the entire recording and Mix down phases of your

project.  There is no additional cost in having a producer present during these sessions.

> Windmill Records will not be responsible for obtaining copyrights or mechanical licenses.

> We accept cash, cashiers check, money orders and personal checks, please make all checks 

payable to Windmill Records.
